Oldest Man turns 114 and talks about living through 3 centuries
The oldest man in the world, Walter Breuning, turned 114 on Sept 21st 2010 and took the time to share his thoughts and memories on living in 3 different centuries. Absolutely amazing stuff to hear the stories of someone that was actually there for the historical events of the past 100 + years.
Will caffeine kill you or help you?
I am an admitted caffeine lover but I am well aware of the impacts it has on me. The information listed here even more fuels my efforts to wean myself off this addiction. It is a slow process and must not be done cold turkey but it is something that should kept under control and realize that there are some benefits within moderation.
