It’s funny that I work in an industry where Project & Time Management are as essential as breathing yet I don’t take the same approach when it comes to things within my personal life.
Recently I stumbled across an article over at LifeHacker regarding “The Five Best Personal Project Management Tools”.
Granted I have long been a fan of just creating a simple spreadsheet in Excel but there is so much more I should be doing to help me get organized on a daily basis. These tools would have been of even more use a year ago when we started our wedding plan.
The one I am most interested in is this one called Tom’s Planner as it strikes a chord of familiarity for me as it reminds me a lot of Microsoft Outlook & Microsoft Project.
Take the time and head on over to the article and see what suits you best.
Hell it beats leaving a thousand Post-It Notes around the house – something else I am famous for.
I’d love to hear, in the comments section below, what tools you use to keep yourself organized on track to complete a task or personal project.
